We welcome your application for admission, and any questions you have about completing that application. Ordinarily, admission requires a bachelor's degree and an undergraduate grade point average of approximately 3.0 from the University of Kansas or another institution with substantially equivalent requirements for the bachelor's degree. A good undergraduate education in almost any discipline is acceptable preparation for the MUP degree.
Decisions on admissions are made on the basis of the information supplied in the application materials described at Graduate Admissions>>. Graduate Record Examination scores are recommended, but not required. Admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis. Once your application materials are complete, you should hear back from us in only 2-3 weeks. If you have questions about your application, please feel free to contact the Urban Planning Program through email email@example.com or by phone: 785-864-4184.
